Shipping - Canada
Your purchased items will ship between 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted. We primarily ship through Canada Post. We will send you an email notification with a summary of your order and all tracking information.
Shipping - International
We are not responsible for any custom fees, if applicable. As the buyer, you are completely responsible for any possible customs/import charges. International orders can take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
If, for any reason, you have any problems with your order please contact us immediately. We value our customers and want you to have the best experience possible. You can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If, within 48 hours of delivery, your products arrive damaged, contact us at email@example.com with a photo of the damaged product and we will be happy to replace any damaged items.
If, for any reason, you have a reaction to the natural products, or are unhappy with the quality of the products, please contact us within 30 days of purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If a return is applicable, we will require the product to be returned to us with a minimum of 1/2 of the product remaining.
Unfortunately, Audre cannot be responsible for additional shipping costs for any returned items, and cannot refund the cost of shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Are you truly natural?
Yes! We use the finest natural ingredients, and try to use organic materials as much as possible.
Are your products vegan?
Our line is completely vegan and cruelty-free.
I'm concerned about using bath bombs. Will they cause any issues?
Our bath bombs have been designed to offer all the luxury, with none of the typical issues that come with using foaming agents, synthetics and perfumes. Soaking your skin in natural ingredients is a must in any self-care regimen and we want you to enjoy the experience without worries of skin irritations.
What if I have a reaction to any of your products?
If for any reason you have an allergic reaction to any of our products, contact us immediately. If you have any concerns about certain ingredients such as nut oils, feel free to contact us regarding any questions you may have and we can help you choose the right product for you.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products have a shelf life roughly between 1 to 2 years, depending on the product, but we are sure you will use them before then! You can prolong the shelf life by keeping products out of the sun, and at room temperatures. If you ever have any issue with our products, please contact us at email@example.com.
